Nusakan Remotely Operated Systems, in partnership with Qillaq Innovations, is proud to announce the launch of development for two new autonomous systems: the MET-15 and the LSS-80.

The MET-15 (Medium Endurance Tactical, 15 kg) is designed as a versatile, cost-optimized UAV for Arctic and tactical operations. Lightweight yet capable, it will deliver reliable endurance and flexibility for missions where portability and affordability are paramount.

The LSS-80 (Long-Range Single-Engine, 80 kg) builds on Nusakan’s long-range UAV lineage, offering extended patrol reach, advanced sensor integration, and robust cold-weather performance. Designed for surveillance and sovereignty patrols, the LSS-80 represents a scalable solution for persistent operations in demanding environments.

This partnership reflects our shared commitment to affordable autonomy at scale, with a focus on solutions that are mission-ready, resilient in Arctic conditions, and developed in collaboration with local Indigenous communities. By combining Qillaq’s Northern expertise with Nusakan’s system design and autonomy capabilities, we are accelerating the deployment of practical, cost-disciplined platforms that deliver maximum operational value.

The development of the MET-15 and LSS-80 marks an important milestone in the roadmap toward building fleets of intelligent, resilient systems tailored to Canada’s unique operational needs.
